WTB Station Trader - JIta - 5 billion isk budget

I am looking for a Jita station trader. Doesn't have to have perfect trading skills, but must have good Caldari State and Caldari Navy standings, with Accounting and Broker Relations at level V. No other skills or standings count much towards the price.

Would prefer not to have to pay full amount, so gross deficiencies in other areas, such as stupid names, will be overlooked.

I am sort of new at the trading game, so maybe I didn't explain myself correctly.

  • Horrible names are okay. Uppercase/lowercase/numbers in cyrillic? Bring it on.
  • Absurd skills are okay. I don't mind that you wanted to study physics as a child.
  • Lack of most trading skills is okay. I can take a week or two to do it myself.
  • You accidently shot every pilot in hi-sec and can't undock? None of my business.

But, please, for the love of all that is holy, I need the Caldari faction and navy standings.
