Hello all and thank you for taking the time to read my message, hopefully you all can help me with this simple question.
But.. before we get there, let me tell you the story behind the question:

About 5 weeks ago I made a payment througout paypal for 120 days worth of game time.
My bank account wasn't pleased by that ammount and rejected the withdrawal.

This resulted in the fact that the codes i purchased were not valid and both my account were blocked by CCP.
Now!
I got 120 days worth of gaming time paid by Ideal! I opened a ticket and wrote this:

Quote:
Dear CCP, as I said a few weeks ago i really want to unsuspend my account "ACCOUNT NAME" I have had contact with one fo your ccp eeh coleuges (i hope i wrote that correctly) Adns he told me to pay at least 60 days and an extra card to unblock it, so here they are! :D i have 2 codes that are both 60 days. First code: "CODE 1" Seccond Code: "CODE 2"

After waiting for allmost 3 days i got this reply:

[EDIT - GM Correspondance removed - CCP Gargant]

As i said in ym orriginal message I asked to unban only one account, not both.. they missread which resulted in yet another problem and they moved it to "Advanced billing support"

Is it me or is this kinda stupid?

if you are asking yourself "well they did the right thing" you are wrong here is yet another message from a few weeks ago from a GM:

[EDIT - GM Correspondance removed - CCP Gargant]

It states that i CAN unban 1 account at a time.

Does anyone know if CCP will repay me for their mistake, and does anyone know how long it will take for their "advancced billing support" to respond?

Before I even read any further, star out your damn account name.

EDIT: OK, now reading it I'm not sure what the question you have is.
From what I can gather, you had 2 accounts, you put 60 days on each, and that payment rejected, resulting in you owing CCP for the time you'd already paid.

I would have thought CCP would then only allow you to pay once you'd paid back both accounts. Otherwise you can play 2 accounts on "borrowed time", then only reactivate one, leaving CCP still out of pocket on the other account. Think about it like this. You steal 2 bottles of coke at £1 each, you then return to the store with £2, but only pay the store back for one stolen bottle, wanting to buy a third bottle with the second £1.

Its sounds like now however, both accounts should be unbanned, but unsubbed (or running towards the end of their subs). Is that not the case?

And finally, IB4L, since you're not supposed to make threads about petitions on the forums. Best of luck getting it sorted though.

Protip: You are not supposed to post GM correspondence in the forums. You may want to edit your OP.

Your only option is to wait. CCP drags their feet when it comes to billing stuff, no one here can help you.

There's a million angry citizens looking down their tubes..at me.

You are correct indeed, however I do not own that much money to pay 240 days at once, I wanted my main back first and the next month (at the end of this month) pay my alt back with 120 days.

Well it would seem to me that the only way of doing that would be to pay back the 120, then simply not play until the end of the month. Realistically, when the payment rejected, you should have thought "I might still need to pay this one day" and put the cash aside, so you would now have the money for your old sub plus the money for your new sub.
Sounds like for now though, if both accounts are unbanned but unsubbed, you just need to get 30 days on one account to get you going. I take it you don't have the isk to buy a plex?

i have the ISK on my main, but in order to get to my main i have to have gametime on my main's account :P but that is impossible now that i spend all my remaining money for fun things to unblock both accounts appearently xD. but i think that they will put all the time in my main. i paid for this account as well to wait untill i can pay my other accounts. i should've saved up but i also have my own company to pay for and invest into :)

I am however saving up every month, if this should ever happenn again. then i'll have the money to solve it directly.

(and i'm so sorry for my terrible terrible english)

If you have the isk for a plex, and ONLY if you have enough isk for a plex, you can log into your secure.eveonline.com and use the "hours for plex" feature, which will give you 4 hours to log in, buy plex and activate it on your account. They very much frown upon abuse of that though, so if you use it, then don't buy a plex, chances are you'll get megabanned.

I thought of that as well, but they are working on it now i guess, and i don't want to make it more "difficult" for them as it is now, since they have difficulties reading a ticket, but then again they are really really busy with support so i can see why a mistake has been made.

Never the less, i will never stop playing eve. this game is way to awesome to leave it alone!
