Guys it's possible to transfer a character from a normal account to a steam account atm ?

Is there any difference between a "normal" account and a "steam" account?

This reminds me of a joke:

A guy goes to the train station ticket selling place and says:

- One ticket please.
- Normal ticket?
- No, a f**ked up one.

yxes, you can transfer it for a fee I think.
or sell it to another account.

Why would you want to do that.... its like paying for the perfectly moist, chocolate chip muffin , and then eating it from a toilet bowl...
