[Proposal] POS Array Scanner

Hello!

Introduce a new module for scanning POS Arrays, Labs, Hangars ect. There are cargo scanners for ships, why not for POS?
This could be made to be only scannable when the Control Tower is offline.

there already is one, it's called my guns. you want to know what's in there then take the time to blow it up.
