With the Odyssey changes taken in a account...

Thinking of baiting afk cloakers to engage then Heavy Neut him when in close. Will he get 600 GJ Energy neutralized or just a percentage?

If he gets away does his cap appear all back again or it will need to recharge?

Hints on using a Heavy neut on a smaller ship?

It does what it says on the tin.

It'll neut him for the full ammount not a %. If he has a cap booster he may recover quite quickly if not it'll take a bit longer but keep in mind large neuts have a longish cycle time. Best to have multiple neuts staggered activation cycles or his natural cap recharge (plus maybe nos etc) may be enough to keep him going

This.

If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there.

Let's see how long this take to become:

"An energy neutralizer POS module, anchorable like a cyno jammer, that automatically drain AFK cloackers energy system wide. Of course should take in count the standing and only affect non blue ships".

I'm pretty sure those changes only apply to nos, not neut

They do, neuts have always worked the same, they remove the ammount of capacitor listed in the info from the enemy ship till it reaches 0.

Nos's however are being changed again to make them potentially used in some rare cases. (Currently they are not used unless a ship has a spare utility high and can't think of a better module to use. As they are quite sh*t.)
