Well here goes

EveFiles
Youtube

Length 14:21

Ships flown: Tormentor, Breacher, Merlin,Malediction, Firetail

Music: Youtube mix might change if they kill the audio

TV On The Radio -Satellite
Gorillaz- Kids With Guns
Joe Bonamassa- When The Fire Hits the Sea
Father Focus Confucius- Flood

Spent most my eve career mashing F1 or ship spinning, this past year I finally set out to try and become a better solo pilot. I'm quickly learning that knowing stuff in concept is one thing, applying it is quite another. But practice makes perfect right?
Probably not in my case :). Not a whole lot of awesome pvp here just a few clips of me flying badly, so don't expect much.

Any feedback be it positive or negative would be appreciated.
That aside a donation of isk or ships would be be perfectly fine with me to Blink

Hope you enjoy.
Dong Orson.

P.S. CCP please ban stabs and cloaks in FW plexes

Great job man! It's finally here :D

That was pretty solid for a first video I have to say, just about all fights were very close, and while it started kinda slow with the 1v1's, things definitely become more intense as you moved into showcasing the pvpppp. Your shield booster management was nice, it's so easy to over-rep those things but you didn't. Only thing that frustrated me was your habit of sticking around too long trying to kill really tanky retributions and punishers while their light tackle friends swooped in and tackled you for good. :P

But now the hardest part is over, your first vid. Time to start collecting footage for the next and make it even better!

Congrats man on persevering with it and getting it finished. I know how much of a struggle it was for you. And you didn't just release a video but quite an enjoyable one too.

Some nice fights there. One piece of advice: if you're having a hard time pulling range in the Tormentor, switch to INMF until you do. With some practice you can switch nearly instantaneous. Once you pull range, switch back to scorch again.

Edit: I think it shows weakness when you edit out your deaths. I'm talking specifically about the Malediction fight.

Not bad. Needs a lot more heat though (especially for your highslots) and activate your ab first, in the 2 seconds before either party is locked you can usually cover way more ground and set the range way easier then when both are webbed. And STOP WARPING TO ZERO, you can activate the gate immeddiatly if you warp at 10 but if you warp to 0 you can get caught on the model and die/miss kills due to it.

Yes its a really bad habit and the reason for 70% of my deaths :P.

Thanks for the advice, as for the deaths I just figured it was obvious I was dead and nothing else was going to die so why not move on to the next fight. Will do better next time..

EDIT: I checked out the malediction fight and I see what happened there it was there in the original but when I added the the effects to go between fights it got wrote over. Will edit better next time :(.

I had a problem where I would burn out my guns so I'm kinda paranoid when it comes to heat but working on it. Thanks for the AB tip will come in handy , and I learned the warp to 10 tip a bit ago its nice not to get caught in gates anymore :) .

nice vid!

A request / suggestion tho, link fits please... as a budding pvper myself that watches videos to try and learn some tips n tricks, its amazing how many pvp vids don't have the fits, it would be incredibly useful.

I think most people don't link fits because its super easy to figure them out by doing a little bit of research such as looking up a players loss mails by either going to http://eve-kill.net/ or Battleclinic. Also sharing them here takes 'EFFORT' But I would be super happy to share them in game I'm usually hanging around the in game channel "The Autocannon".
