It looks pretty much like a classic "icelandic sweater".

Lopapeysa one of the most Icelandic things ever Smile (try a google image search for "icelandic") and a lot of people wear them (I wear one pretty much all the time P).

Tbh it doesn't look too bad. I wouldn't be surprised if the above "fashion critics" rated toting a fedora as the height of cool. Just wondering about the slanty t-shirt really.
