Introduce "Mobile Warp Scrambler" (Deployable Structure)

Hello Space Friends!

My name is Lyris Nairn and I have been playing EVE Online since 2008. I think that I have something to say that is relevant to many of you.

As you all know, there exist many modules for ships that have also have equivalents for Player Owned Starbase (POS). These include, but are not limited to, various guns and missiles, various shield hardeners, and also various electronic warfare modules; for example, Energy Neutralization Batteries, Stasis Webification Batteries, and Warp Disruption Batteries. When you scale this down to non-POS, deployable structures, we are left only with the Mobile Warp Disruptor of various sizes.

I think that CCP should introduce a Mobile Warp Scrambler of various sizes which exactly mimics the Mobile Warp Disruptor in its deployment (i.e., it deploys its effect in a sphere whose radius varies with the size of the "bubble"), but which applies the Warp Scrambler effect to targets caught in its area of effect: i.e., targets caught in the effect would not only be unable to activate their warp drives, but also unable to activate their micro warpdrives (MWD). This new, deployable structure, could be anchored anywhere a mobile warp disruptor can, and subject to the same limitations. As the Warp Scrambler effect is stronger than the Warp Disruptor effect, I think these structures should cost more and have a smaller radius at each tier of size.

I think this is a great idea that would change the game in a positive way. Let me know what you think in the comments!
