No its a proposal... I'll let ccp do the hard thinking. I'm just giving an idea that others I've talked to like. End game its ccp to say yay or nay.

Principle is one day event even if a trial where there are no concord.. aka highsec police. Even if its for a one time deal... CCP then can see the results and see if its good idea or if it really does suck...

Again Why does this concept scare you? Will you day end if one day event happens? Will the sky fall down?

We had a day similar to this on the test server once, Armageddon day....it wasn't actually as fun as it sounds and is probably why there's never been another one since.

The petition queue would balloon by a week or more as well, so no thanks. If you want no concord there's already a few thousand 0.0 and wormhole systems to use.

There was a lot of players (in the thousands) who logged on for that event - it was highly promoted.
However there's nothing stopping you taking any action you want anywhere already, you just lose your ship after doing so....but even with 0.0 everywhere you'd still have a lack of targets given your blue list.
