Clone tag for sec status questions.

So the other night I failed my first attempt ever at ganking so now I know I need to try a lower sec solar system and/or get my gunnery skills up but anyways...

Another ganker told me the way that he increases his sec status was through clone tags. I see they for sale in Jita but how do they work? The article says you take them to a concord station in lowsec? But there are only a few of those I see and are 20 jumps away? Can you take them to a high-sec concord station to turn them in?

Or do I just have to accept the fact I will have to make 20 jumps whenever I need to improve sec status?

Also which tags are the best and how much do they raise the sec status per tag?

Don't know if this is helpful but make sure your autopilot settings are set to shortest. Don't want you to do too many unnecessary jumps through high sec.

Who would have thought it's actually less than ten jumps from Hek to Jita!

Do not let your sec status halt your ganking attempts. If you are doing things right you should have many glorious KR's active on you. Being negative is kinda like all of eve has an active killright on you. It is the only way to fly.

I am just here to snuggle and do spy stuff.

I hate the -10 life, mainly because I gank on my main.

If you have a ganking alt, however, -10 is the way to go.

You make no sense.
I was -10, for months, and people should use their mains, instead of hiding behind alts.
Would create much more depth for them as well as everybody else.

Most people simply are too lazy or dumb to deal with it.

Since I already posted in a thread with this very answer, I decided to try and see if there was an easy way to find me as well...

When i stopped playing regularly and started to come back,
i thought i should go 0.0sec. I stopped playing regularly,
because i was pissed off flying solo, so i tagged up.

Now, all i'm doing is trying to recreate the experience by gathering wardecs,
joining wars as ally or deccing myself.

It's no fun solo, i can tell you ... but as most people who are -10
don't really play as -10 ... i guess there's not much i can do.

I feel the -10 aspect adds some excitement to things. I have thought about tags for sec but it feels like it would end up a money pit for me Roll

No need to tag up at all, tbh.
There's not much you can't do as -10.
You can even do public sites, as long as you can warp around in them.

You should join me. :)

People to legally shoot at and the best teacher out there, regarding being -10 in highsec. ^_^

Sounds like it could be fun, Starting my second job next Wednesday and then my little girl will be showing up about 3 months from now so my time is.. so limited :C. BUT damn I am excited to go do bad things with my daughter sitting in my lap.

Is it bad I went with a different job just so I could keep some eve time going?
