I really wouldn't recommend a HAM-tengu for c3s, atleast I go crazy over burning 60km to get into actual hamrange (not the 50+ javelinrange) in sites like the oruze.
Just because someone is soloing inside a c3 doesnt mean he has to solo everything. I've been using HAMs for 2 years effectively.I only run the Fortification Frontier Strongholds anoms which are always the most and quickest to finish.Combined with running any data-relic i find inside it is more than enough to satisfy my isk requirements.I don't bother with the other 3 anom types because they are not as efficient to run.You do not have to go long distances.Just be aligned at max speed to a bm or planetary object close to the path of the target & everything stays in range. With T2 scourge i hit the battleships from 41km.Everything else i use Faction Scourge which extend my range to 49km, mainly for frigates & cruisers.Depending the site type i may use a target painter to hit frigates & cruisers harder with T2 Scourge which also helps to minimize the usage of Faction Scourge.Only 2 ship types try to orbit you outside of your max range but in c3s the spawns are close to each other and to the warp in point. With proper spawn managment & practise you keep them in range easily.

I am highly entertained by your usage of nullified fits for pve, won't comment further. You go -1 slot, I go with alts on wormholes.Out of experience. If you're scared of bubbles, fine. It's very sweet that your tengu is nullified. It's also a completely wasted bonus on a pve-ship. All the applications and situations favoring your nullified tengu just result from bad intel/scanning.
You dont have to mock me or the use of the i-null like this. Also your tone when you said "sweet" emits irony & quite frankly i find it very annoying.

Its not PvE in HiSec its PvE inside Wormhole Space where bubbles are allowed, so the use of an i-null is a viable option if the user decides it will help his specific needs.Depending on where i will go to run sites i may use or not use an i-null on my salvager. But on the Tengu is a permanent addition when soloing inside a c3.Not my problem if you can't think of situations where you might actually need an i-null inside a wormhole.

You are jumping to conclusions. With the i-null i have either 3 or 4 low slots available for Ballistics only, depends on what site will run next.A 5th free low isn't of much significance because it doesnt add anything to dps due to stacking penalties nor do i have need for more Cap.With a 4th low free, i could add another Ballistic but it gives me 50dps, more or less, to an already high dps of 916.Trading this low slot for the ability to have i-null i think is a bargain, just for the peace of mind it adds to the fit.I was playing without an i-null at first. It is not the same.

And as i said before, running sites in-system with a POS present is different. No need to use an i-null there & i would happily play with a Raven in that case.

It's a raven that tanks c3 anoms locally. It's a solofit. The price is accurate, the tank is very sufficient (needs some 2 or 3 reloads on your CB max). You can also compare it pretty well, the raven warps in, aligns to a safe and starts shooting. One of the many reasons so little cruiseships die.A maxed HML Tengu has ~550dps with THREE CN BCUS and navy scourge. The Raven got 760 with 3 regular BCUs. Both fits were compared without implants.
I don't dispute the option or the ability of the Raven for anoms and some of the relic-datas.It is very desirable to have the range to shoot everything from distance aligned to your bookmark or POS.Show me a Raven's fit that can succesfully solo the C3 Relic site with the 3 Upholder Spawn.Use what ever modules, implants you want. For history's shake i can solo that site with 800 dps and a tank of around 1000+, about 75% cap stable.I dont think you can make a similar Raven fit for that site, unless perharps if it was very expensive. You would have to sacrifice one of the 3 main factors to fix the other 2, Tank, Capacitor & Dps, in the form of explosion radius. You would need drones or smartbombs for the frigs, which personally i consider inefficient for Wormhole Soloing.Others don't & i can respect that.I prefer to have as little micro-management present as possible, that's good for your focus and reflexes.

Also your values are not correct. A maxed HML Tengu with no implants and 3 Faction Ballistics does ~600dps.With a 4th Ballistic which is easy to add to a fit for anoms it goes to ~636.With the inclusion of 3% implants it goes to ~675dps.They are quite cheap compared to the fit and there is no reason at all not to have them.
