I looking for a mixed Charactar

The Toon must have
- Hulk skills
- Orca + Mining support skills
- all ore porcessing skills (Lvl 4)
- full drone skills (t2 light, medium, heavy, sentry)
- ready for carrier, prefer gallente or minmatar

a few construct or research skills would be nice, but not nessesary.

she can do everything but fly the orca. I've currently got a 2bil offer on her and I'll close the auction when the 24hr stasis is up. asking buyout price of 3bil.
