I'm rationalizing my roster and Isbe needs to go.

He's competent in a number of areas:

- Good drone skills including Combat/Heavy/Sentry/Mining Drone 5
- Good in Electronics & Engineering
- Competent miner with Mining/Refining/Refining Efficiency 5
- Some leadership skills (incl Leadership V and Mining Foreman 3)
- Can fly all frigates (incl pirate), Recon/Stealth Bombers and all Mining Barges/Exhumers among others

Has very high faction standings with Gallente (8.78) and Mini (7.99) before skills and also good standings with Federation Navy (9.97) and Federal Intelligence Office (9.95)

Has 3 clones (plus the main which has +4 implants excl Charisma)

No kill rights for/against and a positive wallet & standings.
