I've had a Muninn for a while now, and I have been completely stuck on what exactly I can use it for that isnt done better/the same but cheaper by other ships... Sad

So what should I use this darned thing for, especially after 1.1?

I've always liked the Mining Muninn but only because it sounds funny when you say it.

It is generally used as anti bomber support in large fllets. I dont know about anything else.

It's a fleet HAC like the zealot. It's not really that impressive until you get enough that they become an alpha threat.

With the upcoming HAC revamp, can build it into an active armortanked 100mn/arty skirmisher.

Besides that, you're better off joining black legion for their muninnfleets :p

Maybe you don't use it the right way? - I often see fleets of those and you don't want to be the primary, plus Arties are getting a +10% rof on top of their stupid alpha.
If you fit it for solo/small gang work it can push stupid amounts of dps but it's slow, it's so dam slow in brawl it's hard to explain.

Solo/small gang is what I am after with it, I am not a large fleet kinda guy :) the sniper muninn doesnt really suit my style.. especially when I can just get a sniper tornado, eh? Might have trouble hitting things in the first place, but they are cheaper and can explode things very quickly.

Not even a small gang kinda guy often, but sometimes it just happens :P

For solo indeed you need something else, either new Vaga with its stupid velocity and able to ASB like a "tard" while dishing enough dps to achieve the job and have the ability to gtfo.
Many options there but indeed for solo Munnin is rather a limiting choice, can succeed no doubt about it but not the best choice.
