What's the price to get someone ganked and pod ganked in high sec 10 times?

Greetings,

what would I need to pay to get someone destroyed like 10 times at least and (as often as possible) pod ganked in high sec?
Just someone I want to annoy really hard :D

He is a member of "The Scope" and seems to be a carebear (sec status 5.0) since 2008.

once or twice maybe but more than ten he may beleive the ganker is in breach of EULA under harrassment

Then the ganker may get banned.

To be honest, I don't know much about him, but I already love his tears and I want to get this to the next level.
he made me (and probably others) laugh in Amarr with all his rage etc. and I want to see that when he is getting his ship and pod blown up several times.

So it's more for the entertainment than for a persinal revenge or something like this ;)

He talks a lot.

I remember him from back in the day... he is useless. Talks a lot about how cool he thinks he is pretending to be Mike Portny... or some such telling you to comer and face at his house. Those mails and chat is typical of Navatoron talk a lot of crap calls you pansy because you don't want to come to him in Real Life.

He promptly lost ship along with his friends when they decided to finally shoot at me with 2 Tengu's. He had his most expensive loss because me. Funny thing is... he left system without saying a word. I was shocked he did not tell me come meet him in real life.

Your not going to get him to engage and when a corp he is in get war decced he will talk a lot but do nothing. Which is why he is in a NPC corp.. because he has a lot of Friends...

What's his routine? What's he normally fly? From where to where?

I'm not going to promise a kill, but if I happen to be stoodging about near his haunts, I'll keep an eye open for a chance at him, just on general principles.

If I remember right if you have proof you are working a "job" and you are standing to profit from ganking him or killing him over and over it is not harassment. He is an older player in an NPC corp so you are limited on your ways to engage him and must take an abstract route. Just record a log or two for some proof, have your isk payment recorded and you shouldn't run into any trouble. I have ganked and podded the same people over and over again in the same day but I use the I'm working this system under contract to clear the filthy Eco-terrorists plaguing our friends systems (for an modest fee of course.)

What is he flying and where, maybe I can toss you a km or two, for a price. :D

I am just here to snuggle and do spy stuff.
