Energy bar on target

The idea is simple: add a fourth bar on the targets. This bar represents the capacitor of the target, making it possible to see the remaining power level of the target.

This addition would be particularly useful for:
- The ship using neut as E-WAR, which could see if the opponent is truly disabled.
- The logistics "cap-chain" (Guardian / Basi), to see if the capacitor is the target of their back (and thus avoid cycles for nothing)

This bar to be placed below the bar hull, which would bar the same yellow-orange as the capacitor of our own ship.

(Sorry for possible mistakes, I am French, still in high school, so I use goggle trad to translate from French.)

I'm not convinced by this. Providing capacitor information on locked targets would basically be a buff to neuts, which don't need any buffs.

The only place where automatically sharing cap info would be appropriate would be the watchlist.

Otherwise, if you want to see the capacitor of a target, you can use a ship scanner. If the guy is in your fleet, then you can ask him to tell you when he's cap full.

The buff is that the neut knows when to stop, logi's do not always have room for a scanner, which brings in the need for a consistent cap chain. At some point CCP cant just give everything away, as they do with the shield, armor, and hull indicators on your target.

However i do support the idea of having it in the watch list - although taking a bit of strategy from a logistics pilot, i think still reasonable - perhaps the cap bar is only visible to someone in a logi role ship?
