Not to knock you mate but its probably easier and safer to use something like myevelotto.com

1. it allows ticket pulling to be api based. (Less chance of something not being counted)

2. Its pretty cheap to setup.

3. The site itself has a random roller to pick a winner. If your like me and semi untrustworthy of that you can always use a chribbas dice.


If you have any questions about any of it shoot me a mail and i will glady help you out. Hell ill even buy a ticket or 2 if everything is setup right.
