There is only so much we can do. The CB has an extremely large volume of posts, so it's impossible for us to monitor every single thread. If you would like to call our attention to a particular thread/post, please report it using the little flag icon thingy. One of us will get around to it. Just be patient! An example of why it sometimes takes a while: there have been days when there is only one or two of us around, yet 30+ CB reports to sort through, many of which require more finesse than simply post-and-lock.

That said, the higher-ups (ISD leads and the CCP community team) are aware of the issues. I don't know if a solution is in the works yet, but angrily lashing out at us mere grunts doesn't do much. We have feelings too!

Anyway, now that that short FYI is over...
