It's easy to talk big when you're hiding behind an NPC corps skirts, try posting on your main. If that is your main, man up, leave the NPC corp and take responsibility for being a gobshite.

If they wouldn't come up to the ice fields, how were they scanning Retrievers?
Have Goons got access to a magical device that scans ship fits over a vast distance?

I'm 90% sure they wouldn't waste their time scanning Retrievers. They'd scan Mackinaws, Orcas & Hulks yes, Retrievers nope, and in all likelihood they'd be doing it with unaffiliated scouts.

I can neither confirm nor deny the existence of magical scanning devices developed by GARPA and fielded by GIA and Miniluv agents in and around Osmon.

He would last just fine in a non-NPC corp. It's not like we're going to war dec him. Who cars about Empire war decs? He is as safe or in peril in an NPC corp as he would be in a player corp: read, if we really wanted to hound him down, being in an NPC corp would not save him from suicide ganks. And if he is not a target of particular interest, then being in a player corp wouldn't exactly encourage us to war dec his corp just to chase down one random bad poster on EVE-O because he impugned our space honour.
