Usually a little KMFDM does the trick for me as it's almost always on in the background. I've also (don't hate me) been known to inject a little Maiden into the mix. Aces High and The Trooper are excellent tracks to murder pixels to.

If I'm ganking barges, I'll often turn to a bit of opera or something dramatic - nothing quite like Ride of the Valkyries blasting through your cans as you're about to land on something 'squishy'.

I'm rather fond of Iron Maiden's Run to the hills while doing some pewpew.

Most music i listen to in EVE comes from the user "Hardcore Worldwide" on youtube Twisted
I dont care much what genre it is as long as its hard as nails... (this is for EVE though, i usually listen to most genres except Swedish folkmusic, Hits for Kids and any tune coming from eastern europe).

eg. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DBwgX8yBqsw (Hatebreed's Destroy Everything - excellent for hot-drops).

I did not have sexual relations to THAT woman....

I usually oil myself up whilst listening to 'eye of the tiger' before combat, generally staring into the mirror whilst shouting 'who's the ***** now'.

I wont tell you what I do to celebrate a win.... Shocked

"Mmmbop" by Hansen gets my glitter strewn fingers flying. Actually if anything I'll have some relaxing techno or if I'm out roaming solo some Sinatra or Bop. Maybe some Michael Brecker something engaging for the brain.

Nothing more calm than blowing up ships to a sax solo.

Also if it's a big fight I generally have no sounds on except comms.

I'm partial to Ludvig Von's "Ode to Joy" myself.

Cool

Everything in EVE is a trap.

And if it isn't, it's your job to make it a trap...:)

For some reason, not sure why, Nickleback is bad. Really bad. So I've taken to listening to them while ganking miners. I like to think it make the experience a little more memorable for them....or I listen to techno...more that second one.

I'm partial to silly songs when hunting inattentive targets.

That may be the Benny Hill theme, it may be "They're Coming To Take Me Away Ha Ha" by Napoleon XIV, or it might be something even sillier.

If I'm hunting an opponent I respect, nothing works quite like Queen's "Who Wants To Live Forever". On repeat, of course.

I support the New Order and CODE. alliance. www.minerbumping.com
