From their post that the AT tourney ships would ship 2 weeks after the tourney, i thought it would be last week.
From the general lack of anything being posted in the testing and F&I forum from Devs, i thought it would be tomorrow.
From the posts that everyone is on vacation, and this is CSM summit week, it might not be until next week.
From the lack of posts giving a date, it's all just guesses.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
