Crime & Punishment

Currently in eve this take is highly unprofitable, but I just want to give it a try.

This is what I have planned so Far.

The Corp is actually a general contractor Corp.
- Miners, Haulers, scouts will be hired from Newbie rich corps or organization (like Eve University,) will require donation to that corp.(Eveuni has done this in the past with as this is an learning experience for the players) I have done this in the past what a small private mining corp servicing a single renter in Null sec.

- My Rorqual will be loaded of Procurers, and a clone vat full of miners - picking up the miners from a low sec system staging area.

- Accompanied With a Triage carrier, The Rorqual will make the multiple jumps into Null sec. While the Newbs PVE till called.
- Cyno alts will be many allowing 2 routs to be used and a fair number of jumps be made.
-My final cyno alt flying a Prowler will have set up a temp POS for mining from at the set destination,
- Once Rorqual and Carrier are in system, The rorqual will summon the miners and issue them a Procurer, Venture a hauler, or scout ship depending on what is able to be flown and role assigned. The newbs will have access to the Rorquals fitting service to adjust what they need for lasers (Non Mining Drones) drones depending on their skills.
- Cyno alt will lay down some Bubbles at the gate
- Each Newb will be paid a flat rate of 10mill Higher or lower depending on what is being paid by the Employeer. (80% worth)
- The ore will be compressed at the Rorqual, while it uses max mining boosts
- The Triage carrier will launch Fighters set to assist the Procurers, assigned to the most skilled pilots, and Orbit shields while boosting shields.
- During the Op the cyno alt will grab some disposable ships from the Carrier to try attacking the miners as practice for what to do in an actual attack. Also to keep things lively

-At the end of the op the Newbs are given a shuttle and Ask to Self destruct them selves home tor try an fly their way back home.

-The compressed ore is dropped off at a local drop off point requested by the employer. (most likely an employeer POS) in the current system or in another location, even lowsec with both the Carrier in tow.
-20% of the pay will be kept for my self to help cover costs.

- The cyno alt in the prowler will then take down the POS and while the Carrier and Rorqual Head back to low sec.

I expect not to make any money at it and Expect to loose some serious ships while At it., but I can simply say that I did it.

Steps I think I am missing:
- the Promotion of it
--> What is required to be listed as apart of the Mercs channel?
--> First few Jobs may sell ore at 50% Jita prices

Other fun options - jump and assemble a BC fleet in to Null sec (NPC space) with Newbie Pilots - To meet a PVP Commander to be placed on a Roam into enemy territory helping the Newbs get some PVP experience.

A nice 9/10, the wording left a slight taste of doubt though. Only thing i would change is - exhumer is a requirement to join, you will move them in your carrier all the way to the destination - they need to be traded to you named after their owner. That should do the trick.

And this corp would ideally be listed in merc contracts...? Why? Why is this post in Crime and Punishment?
