Looking for any PVP character WHO havnt got wasted SP in their characters.

Any pvp really, subcap, recon,capital whatever. As long as you wanna sell your character. I prefer maybe some gallente and amarr / minmatar stuff

Post them here, and i will contact you or write a price you want

As the title drew you in, I'm a perfect fleet booster with all t2 links and FC V.
She can also use a Tengu, Legion and Loki as well as their Command Ship counterparts with CS V and all the necessary mindlinks in jump clones in lowsec.
