Is he racist? Probably. Is this news? No. Does it matter? Nope.

True, but you should know me well enough by now to know that I'm a sucker for pointlessly dissecting an argument that's of no real consequence.

Some people grow bonsai trees, some people juggle geese, I quibble.

Fair enough, just so long as we all understand the situation. Carry on!

Or don't! I'll be in the bar.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

Is it racist if it happens to be true?

Funny how that excuse doesn't work when people point out the pandemic tendency for Amarrian unwarranted self-importance.

Oh yeah, Rodj is uncannily good at pushing the boundaries of people's opinions on Amarrians.

... downward.

You do not speak for "people".

Her answer makes sense, you are just unable to wrap your head around it.

I have no idea, sir; I am probably the last person you would want to refer to as a linguist. I would warn you that proving such a hypothesis would be exceptionally difficult, though. Bias would be systemic in all but the most rigorous tests.

Well, I am not an expert in racism as well, but... isn't it what comes with actions, but not words?

I mean, you can tell some things, that are peculiar to the group, and if these things are confirmed by multiple sources and can be confirmed again by independent expert, it will be truth, but not racism. However, members of this group may call this approach racist, just because they are insulted, hurt and simply want to "avenge" with words. But it won't be racism.

On the other hand, when you tell that you respect anyone, but conduct systematic policy of actions against the said group, for example, like gallenteans, who bomb Caldari planets, who ram Caldari stations, start anti-Caldari riots, making hideous plans to provoke planetary destruction, but claiming that peoples are 'equal', well, this would be racism.

Taking on your post at a purely semantic level, I'd describe that as hypocrisy, not racism.

Look, Puppy, that they deny, what they actually do, might be hypocrisy, but it is their actions that is the racism.
