Heavy assult launcher bug??

Lately i have been testing out tengu with Tech2 heavy assult launchers. And i notice that the module graphic, missile path and damage notification are completly out of sync. Dont know how to explain this in text. But i wil try. While the module cycle is turning while shooting. The missiles dont follow the cycle. Its like the cycle is to quick for the launchers to keep up. It sends away two wolleys fairly quick. Then the next wolley takes longer to send. Seems like they jump over a cycle/shot. 1...2........4. Is this normal. Cant say i noticed this on anything else.

The module timer and missile volley graphic has always been out of sync. The module timer is out of sync across all platforms though. The test server environment adds a bit more graphic delay too.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

They are out of sync, because when CCP changed the missile graphics they didn't change anything on the serverside to not produce any more lag than it already does. So what you see is some nice animation, but for the server it doesn't really exist.
