And they keep wondering why most of their DC movies keep flopping...

Daredevil wasn't bad enough, they have to give him a shot at peeing on Batman? Maybe they'll go for a comedy and put him in Adam West's Batman suit. After we've seen how Batman is supposed to be in Nolan's trilogy, we can't go back to Val Kilmer quality. Hmmm there's a thought, Batman: Top Secret.

Edit: corrected name to Adam West, had a brain-fart when I typed it.

Danny DeVito would be a better choice

Ben B.arfleck... This is exceedingly dire news. Why this guy gets parts is beyond me, he's about as charismatic as one of Sean Connery's toe nails.

Oh, folks are just snarky because of Daredevil and Pearl Harbor.

Both are well over a decade old.

But geek brains, once the mind is made up, don't ever ever change.

Besides, he's laughing at them in bed at night while clutching his Best Picture Oscar for "Argo".

edit:....which I am sure nobody in here has seen.

I disagree, he is the epitome of awful, if he starred in this film he would have made it worse; which is an achievement.

Slow is not bad.

Asplosions get old after you see them constantly, and at a now greater, faster rate, for 5 decades.

I say Clooney should get a 2nd go around....this time in a legitimate Batman film, not a surreal parody.

I think this scene was better. Honestly though, I'm probably one of the few that didn't mind Daredevil. I'm not saying it was a masterpiece by any means, I'm just saying that the bar was low enough that he fit right in. But I really can't imagine him as a batman.
