TDF / Public banlist Dispute Settled.. Thread can be closed.

So i woke up this morning ready to get my guys together and make our hundred millions of iskies..
But something was odd.. I had 17 mails?!?! WTF
I start to read them 1 by 1, and low and behold, a ban from the public incursion banlist..

"The Public Incursion" banlist is an publicly open banlist for people to use to keep themselves out of fleets that known
pirates and can flippers are in.. simple concept.. You get the mail, you add everyone on it to negative standing, you dont accept them into fleets or join fleets they are in.. I actualy used it to ban all the corps/aliiances/people from our chat..

I use this list myself, well used.. untill today.. I have found my corp and myself are on it for false allegations..
I have recently started a low sec/high sec public incursion channel ran much like that of the others, except one thing.
as the name states "Risk for Isk". its a risk, not a risk because of pirates --> our messge of the day clearly states you will be banned if your giving aggro timers to ANYONE in the fleet.. but Risk because we do run low sec incursions...

Simply put, these allegations against my corp and myself are completely false.
Now im not saying this is what happened but lets post the facts!
I was a member of the ditanian fleet's channel, a friend of mine became banned for false allegations, I left the channel,
soon after i created my own channel with the same concepts "without the politics" I than also became banned from TDF channel (not yet the banlist)..

Now after we have grown in numbers, and have an active force of 70+ everyday, and my corp has grown to larger numbers.. My corp and myself and my trusted FC's are banned?!?! Dunno about everyone else. but myself i have common sence, and it is for sure a politicle way to not have the competition of my forces within the systems they are flying.... Is it politics, or did some grievers make false allegations against me and my corp? i dont know we may never know..


So this has left me to start going over the banlist and actualy look on killboards for logi kills. with our banlist from our channel! why? because if we can be banned with false allegations than theres a good chance that many other people i banned are also false allegations and may not deserve them at all.. I am sorry to any members that tried to join and where denied because i trusted in a list that was obviously a Politicle way of "minimizing the competition" <-- now i dont know for sure.. so i will say the list is HELPFULL!!! use it but dont just ban everyone.. LOOK for kills..

Note for the members whom has made these allegations ---> Go str8 to H***...
Your actions may make alot of people not trust us, but you will certainly never stop us from our goal..
That goal is one that we actualy share, we should be working together, not being jealous and creating ways to sabotoge each other.. Our goal is to rid the universe of the presence that is sansha.... Good day to everyone, i hope this information was usefull to you all..

I will never aid your reddiculas people in your attempt to "fill your killboards" with unarmed ships, in fact i feel its the most humiliating kill you can have on your list, that is unless your in a blob fight in null sec, than it shows you FC knew what he was doing..

NOTE: My intent with this thread is not to flame them who made the allegations, they are free to make whatever decision they wish.. it sucks yes, but none the less i can cope.. My INTENT is to find out how many others where wrongly banned in the same manner as myself.. So.. if you also rece=ieved these hurtfull wrong accusations.. PLEAE SPEAK UP!

All pilots that are banned or blacklisted from TDF are entitled to dispute the accusations against them. Simply contact me and I will go over the situation with the information that we on the matter and bring your side of things to the other leading members of community. We dont like having pilots banned for invalid or unjust reasons, we go off of the evidence provided but also understand that sometimes there are mitigating circumstances. I am here to work with you or anyone else about such issues

the evidence given to you may be correct but that does not mean it was tolerated, im sure any one in his corp that did anything illegal he would instantly kick them, you cnt personally stop another player doing something...im carebear atm but whos to say i dnt just turn around an shoot anyone i want when they are almost dead..i could you know thats the way of eve

EVE System Channel MOTD changed to "This channel has been created for ARMOR PILOTS whom are looking for a little more fun and greater rewards.

We do HIGH sec and LOW sec incursions! Nobody will force you into a low sec incursion, if your only comfortable with high sec than only join high sec fleets! We encourage you too keep this channel open for finding ARMOR fleets and for Low Sec intell..

#2. Do not join a fleet with an aggression timer!
(You will become banned for any aggression timer that you cause!)

I fleet with Global most of the time. Not once has he griefed or otherwise pirated anyone. More often than not some random pilot from some ganker Corp will enter our sites and drop a bait can, but Global and his Corp never promote Pirating, can flipping, Logi popping, or any other griefer method. These accusations against him and his Corp are rather childish in nature and are clearly a result of envy. All of us who are in his Channel promote him and how good a FC he is, as well as how safe his fleets are especially for Incursion noobs, so it's no wonder he and his Corp are popular and see so much traffic. Obviously some people can't handle healthy competition, resulting in name calling and finger pointing.

What kind of excuse is that? You're responsible for the actions of people in your corp. This has been the case since beta days.Roll

Ahoy.
So long story short i will tell you that I dont know what u guys are talking about.
I was and i will participate on the incursion fleets using "Risk for ISK" channel.
There are written there a few names and the channel strongly recomend to use one of that FC to lead u and to help u make ISK.
I'm a new player i must admit but i fly a Logi so.... never durring this perio of time I had a problem (besie Disconect- yeah that is my fault guys ... it is my internet conection not a FC problem). Even when i got disconected the FC always managed to finish the site and not losing a ship.
So I will reiterate ... I realy dont know what u guys are talking about.
Yes I also use The Ditanian fleet channel but usualy I got or Ludus fleets from TDF or VG's fleets from Risk for isk.
I am happy and gratefull to both channels and ppl in that channels for helping me to make some ISK.

Ive been teamming up with guys from thel channel over the last week and yah i had a loki loss but it wasnt because someone ganked me or a logi let me died

it was a more of a failed communication error..
that day we were all on danger i payed the price but you know
that day was a bad isk making day but even though fleet members picked my mods gave em back to me and got donations for the loss donations went up so high that i could get a new ship to keep rolling with em.

havent heard of any other loss or trouble on the channel and yah
i see a lot of teamwork being done on this channel and a ppl who is doin their job for us to make isk and mainly kick a lot of sanshas ass

^^ I remember that, it was the first T3 loss.. and from what i remmeber i was backup fleet captin while a new member was being trained to be a FC.. this genteman was compensated for this loss and still continues to fly in my fleets..

I want to speak with the people who made this decision, not in eve-mail i want to speak to them on coms in a teamspeak server or on eve voice i provided my details ive asked why do i not have a responce?
I suggest not underminding people in the future, do more research and allow people to defend themselves...
because things like this are the outcome.. your hurting yourselves not me i say this again with respect because unlike you I can forgive and forget, and actualy even dont want to ruin your rep because your banlist is what kept my guys safe...

I just wanted to drop in and testify to this man's work. I've been doing incursions with Bullets for about a week now, and he's extremely careful with who he lets in, and how the group operates. He strictly follows the banlists, and he even removes people whom he suspects could be a problem. Global Bullets has been nothing but an extremely helpful and nice fellow, and I believe this he was set up. The stuff I'm saying isn't much, but he has character- a real class act, and I honestly believe that he was banned incorrectly. All I ask, is proof, or a name.
