First EvE Online began as an exploratory Titan exploring a new world of uncertainty. There were times that it seemed like the hull plates would not hold together and the ship would fall apart....that's Minmatar for ya.

But over the first few years the Titan picked up new crew members along the way each adding their own distinctive feel and emotion to the EvE Titan and slowly but surely the rocks in the hull were replaced with the strengthened determination and passion of new and old pilots all looking for the same thing.

Then something wonderful happened....The Great Titan's began manufacturing Battleship sized combat drones. The First Drone came to be known as Dust514 a first person event and the first Tech 2 Interconnected platform involving computer linguistics of ship based PC and a station based Console being connected to each other. The Second Drone came in the form of EvE: Valkyrie our first Dog Fighting first person event where everyone who has ever dreamt of piloting an interceptor one on one in free style can now enjoy the challenge.

With two heavy drones deployed what will CCP manufacture next in the great manufacturing bays of the EvE - Titan?

Will that new drone be a watery world version of EvE-Online where instead of hoping through space the pilot would be immersed in a world of water traveling from planet to planet looking for their destiny?

Will another new drone be an EvE - Online RTS version similar to how Homeworld 2 is constructed? Thus branching out into the RTS realm of the gaming environment to capture the attention of the Homeworld faithful that are still out there and clinging to the hope that Homeworld 3 will be made. There is a large realm of RTS players who would enjoy EvE - Online being made into an RTS (Real Time Strategy) because they like the game they just hate the skilling and all of the extra stuff involved....and who knows one day such a child watching his mom or dad or brother or sister, aunt or uncle, grandpa or grandma or a friend playing EvE - Online will ask "What's that?" the child asks pointing to the Eve ship on the monitor. The Pilot turns to the child seeing the reflection of their own youth in darkened lenses of the fighter pilots helmet....the oxygen tubing dragging on the floor behind the child. The child giggles and wriggles and makes a small sized small....."This my young pilot....this is EVE - Online."

Why do people want to change Eve into something different if they like the game so much? It won't be Eve anymore - just another game among the many.

Considering Dust was an absolute failure, let's see how EVR turns out before we get our hopes up (although, I have to admit, it looks amazing)
