Hello i have just been looking to buy a large amount of these small nos, and cannot find a large quantity on the Market.., are these possible to manufacture ?
They are a Meta level 4 item, i presume they just appear on the market, and cannot be made?

If so how can i go about purchaseing a large quantity , other than the Want to buy part of the forum.?

Thanks Yellow Shoes.

Meta level 1-4 items are found from drops only and cannot be manufactured. You can use a market site like eve-central or eve-marketdata to find other regions where there may be more selling. If there's little to no stock in Jita however, then chances are you'll struggle to find a lot of them. Looks like there's a thousand or so in Jita.
As far as I was aware the NOS was pretty useless at the moment, though I believe they are due a balance, so it's possible people are stockpiling them rather than selling them.
What type of quantity are you aiming for?

I think the meta stuff just comes from drops.

However hard it has been for you to buy them in quantity so far is about to seem easy by comparison now you have announced you are looking for them, unless of course you have a ton to sell and are trying to bump.......

Yes i want alot due to the changes coming in soon for some basic fiiting in small ship fleets.

I thought that someone may have alot somewhere they want to sell me, as like you said i can probably grab max about 1k atm in Jita.

I wanted to get them bulk now rather than wait for the price hike likely to come .

Basically you missed the boat in the trade hubs. Now your best bet is to put up buy orders in various mission hubs. As I remember Nos are dropped more commonly by Blood Raiders (I might be wrong) which means Khanid, Kor-Azor, Genesis and what not so I'd start there. Mission runners are lazy and/or obessed with isk/hour as a result they will often sell to sell orders rather put up a buy order or haul it to a hub. Finding a mission hub is done by setting your map to NPC kills, and once you find an area high in kills look for the system with a lot of pilots in station.

Consider buying small "Knave" Nos instead. They're third-best in terms of range and drain amount, but take 1 PG less than small Dim or E5 Nos - a rather useful feature when trying to shoehorn Nos on to a frigate.

I'd like to observe that MD of late is 10x more informative and supportive than of 'ye olden tymes', thinking back to 2008/09 or so. Maybe it's because the players are fatter, dumber and happier, and less protective of their proprietary interests. I'm enjoying it because I was transparent in my (rather meagre, comparatively) enterprises back in the day, and it's nice to see that point of view more prevalent.
