Most high sec griefers and gankers don't think of themselves as "apex predators" (seriously dude?) and if they do they are ...

But if you want an answer, I'd have to say PL are probably the single most dangerous group as they are extremely mobile, very skilled in both small and large gang engagements and can drop in 50 supers to counteract a larger subcaptial or super fleet. No other highly skilled group of pvpers have as much money or supers.

High sec griefers are comparable to jackals, so not them. Apex predators don't die when they kill so that eliminates suicide gankers.

Probably anyone who solo pvps in null and makes a profit.

Solo Pvpers are generally always held in the highest regards, as for High Sec Griefers........well.........they shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence as Solo Pvpers.

Im an Apex Pver

I cannot get anymore dps out of my boat and i have it fitted with mods enough that im one of the fastest mission runners in the game without being needlessly gankable (officer fit).

thats one version of an Apex predator.

Isk just ***** in my lap at an incredible rate.

As for pvp Apex predators. Please dont get the 14 year olds fapping as they describe themselves

The only one here fapping as they describe their "greatness" in game is you.

You are going to rub it raw, be careful.

Carebears are the apex predators. Their demands and screams for a safer game, where they can earn and not lose, will destroy this game. Carebears are the ones to fear, if you have any love for EVE Online and what it once represented.

dude do you do anything other than cry?

We all understand you have a carebear phobia. Get some help so you can move on.

Really though, if you WANT someone to plame here, look at Mittani. That they NOT run the interdiction, suicide ganking wouldnt be a hot button topic, CCP wouldnt be making changes to make their targets' lives easier.

Plus, I dont get hoe you think removing insurance (something most real gankers say isnt an issue anyways) is destroying EVE

I pretty much agree with this.

In many instances, anyone who decs a corporation of griefers will see that corporation suddenly bleed members, or stay docked (or run for the dock!) as soon as you enter system.

That is what I like about high sec wars. Yes, you have to dec people to shoot at them, but at the same time, it's the most even playing field around. There's rules you follow, but at the end of the day, everyone has access to RR, everyone has access to stations. It's a game more of skill, and not just "Who has more supercaps" or "Who can bring a bigger blob".

yeah, its just "who has mroe pilots" and "who has more logistics".

highsec "warfare" is basically nullsec warfare, minus every single interesting part of it, minus the mind-numbing parts of it (structure shoots), and well, minus ******* everything. It isn't even PvP, stations make sure of that - you can just avoid fights and not care, whereas in 0.0, not showing up to a fight probably means you just lost a system, the initiative, a lot of morale, and strengthened your enemy.

so no, highsec warfare is no more even than nullsec warfare. it is simply scaled differently - 20 vs 15 is the same sort of advantage as 1000 vs 750. supercaps are just larger scaled versions of overly expensive "pimpmobiles", and killing them has just as proportional a blow to the special kid flying one.

The real Apex Predator in EVE is the lowsec miner. It is such a dangerous occupation seeking out and recovering minerals from lowsec that only few people are insane enough to try it.

I once did it as a training in the use of the directional scanner. It's funny sitting cloaked between the rocks while someone else warps in to shoot some rats.

B'zackly, next week there will be another phrase meaning "the bestest" and some pencil-neck will name his corp just that.

BTW big fierce animals are rare for a reason, since their numbers are dependant on the environment supporting their prey.

That isn't ruining EVE. You are correct. On its own, insurance loss is a non-issue, but it is the tip of the iceberg for changes to come. Count on it, Hilmar is not through "buffing" up highsec.

Spies that manage to put themselves in a position bring down a vast alliance or if you are talking about actual kill efficiancy then some high seccorp that specilise in killboard farming. Not a pretty picture if you look hard at it.
