Broken WH effects (Magnetar) after todays patch?

Specifically Magnetars.

Can someone else in a Magnetar have a look at their damages and see if they are 'normal', please.

I seem to have lost the damage bonus.

To elaborate, my Cov-Ops 5 bomber is showing 8000 damage with mouse over on the module and in the show charge info.

I thought it might be a display error so I went and bombed something. Exactly 8000 damage.

Unfitted Module, Ejected, restarted...still 8000.

I did not see my missile damage on my tengu go up yesterday. Thought it was just a visibility bug.

My friend in a gun boat did get his DPS up.

I can confirm magnetar + turret weapons definitely getting the bonus, can't confirm for bombs or missiles tho.

EDIT: Ignore actually was before todays patch.

the mouse over for missiles doesnt add the mag bonus.
missiles do get it though.

Could you go 1 volley a POCO or something and see what happens, please?

Actually I need someone to use a bomber.

Torp damage is ok.
Heavy Missiles are OK


Bomb damage is not getting applied.



Incidentally mouseover on Torps & Heavies are correct now and shows system bonus applied.

So correct me if I'm wrong but Magentar effects are supposed to apply to bombs. Since they do damage....

This isn't right surely?

Torpedo damage, apparently (according to EVEHQ) is being applied 1436 + (1436*.68) = 2413
However bomb damage bonus is NOT being applied.

Well, nobody did say that the bonus applies to everything. For example, POS batteries are exempt from all effects. Sleepers too. Apparently CCP feels that magnetar-boosted bombs would be overpowered.

I can even make up a justification for this on the fly: Turrets and launchers are penalized in exchange by getting their tracking or explo velocity reduced. Bombs would not be penalized in the same way, so giving them the huge bonus without a drawback would be imbalanced.

They could double their explosion radius in Magnetars I guess, but that may have been more hassle than it's worth, given that it would nullify the bonus against pretty much everything except capitals or mwd'ing battleships.

I appear to be getting no damage modifier to my rockets... but it is being applied to my turrets... when i swap out my ship

Ive filed a bug report. - however it could just be a fitting window bug.

it's a fitting window bug, affects all missiles.
you do still get the bonus tho.
