absolutly no industry/not gonna pay for any industry skills

must have perfect leadership skills and related

cybernetics 5/warfare link spec 5/loki/tengu/legion defensive sub at 5 and all others,in other words : maximum skills for boosting siege/armored/skirmish/info.

freighter/cov ops/cov ops industrial skills are a plus but not necesary.

must have pozitive wallet/sec status.

must have a certain ammount of scanning skills.

budget : unlimited,and no this does not mean i`m gonna pay you 50b for a 5m sp tengu boost.

post only here i do not log on this toon very often

Arrow 10 mil SP in leadership

Arrow Command ships V, Can fly both the legion and the loki

Arrow Cybernetics V, comes with the armor and the skirmish leadership implant (separate clones for each one)

This character has perfect scanning skills enabling you to find wormholes, anomalies, etc. easily. Need a fleet booster, no problem because this character has perfect leadership skills.
