I'd also be interested in hearing about your prices. The fact that you add cleared pos's to your Do Not Shoot List is definitely an added perk you may want to mention in the OP. It makes the service go from "well, I'll likely just lose my POS in a week when someone else hires you" to "my investment is well spent".

Why don't you clear all the POSes near Jita anchor small towers everywhere and then sell the spot?

You are right, it is not that hard. What is hard is herding all the RvB cats and making them shoot that many POSes...
