ICN is a corporation dedicated to having players who are proficient in a variety of skills, mostly because we dabble in a variety of things, ranging from PvP, PvE, mining, Planetary Interaction, etc., etc..

As such we are willing to train (and equip) new pilots in all these tasks, under the assumption that what's good for one is good for all of us.

Thus, we are not accepting people who are only interested in a particular activity to the total exclusion of others. It's fine, for example, if you don't want to mine all the time but you are expected to have the requisite skills to do so and use them when the corp calls on you.

We are looking for generalists, not specialists.

Are only real requirement, beyond your willingness to learn how to proficiently perform multiple duties, is the drive to be on playing EVE at least 15 hours a week, which translates to 3 hours per day during the week. If you are a weekend player that's fine, we need those too.

Of course, experienced pilots are welcome as well.
