If its just grinding POCO's or other similar stuff then I know that Enlightened Academy have taken a few contracts recently. They seem to enjoy going fishing into other people's holes.

I can't vouch for their skill or subtlety but if you think along the lines of a Brave Newbies swarm attacking your enemy POCO then you wont go far wrong - it will create lols or tears either way I suspect.

Surely You're Joking is a great WH Alliance. I ran with them for a few bashes.They do know what they are doing. They built CAPS in a C1 just for the occasion. Just give them the necessary information and the right amount of ISK they will get you want.

This is the only reputable remaining alliance that I am aware of, but many post their services on the forums that you could try out and they could be significantly cheaper.
