There is no way at all that Goons would use www.themittani.com to start a scam. That site is too important to risk on space money.

Worse yet, apparently GSF was paying for the plexes that the writers get paid with. Hilarious, but it seemed no one really cared when it was brought up in the audit thread.

That's right, it doesn't make space money, it eats it.

Why does "casual" always seem to mean "poor and unwilling to learn basic information about the game they choose to play"?

So you have inferred that casual seems to mean they are less than those that play 12 hours a day?

Do you also infer that a "renter" is less than a "pet" by chance? There are at least two concepts you will have to re-adjust.

What I am saying is that the casual player does not have (wait for it ) the T I M E (that is "time" in caps and unboldened) to perform the things a person that plays this game 12 hours a day does OR... (wait for it) doesn't want to spend money (converted to isk oc) to have multiple characters because it would take more TIME that he/she may not have OR not want to spend.

GET IT - TIME!!!

So stop assuming. Most casual players would know as much or more than you about the game - I have never said they do not.

I am aware of my own ignorance and have checked my emotional quotient - thanks for asking

You're the one saying that it requires a lot of Ass-in-Chair time to make significant sums of money. That's only true if you've been unwilling to learn basic information about the game you choose to play.

Hence my translation of your term "Casual" as "Poor and Unwilling to learn basic information".

Casual by definition means "low investment" that the activity in question is not something they are looking to put a huge amount of effort into.

If you spend a ton of time researching how to play a game, even if you spend 2 hours a week actually playing it you aren't casual.

Tears are the phallic excuse to maintain status Quo. That and if you remove them from EVE the horrible badness of the game comes screaming at you like a half crazed crackwhore.

Extract tears or be bored in to them. Welcome to EVE Online.

tldr on 'basic information'. Don't do stuff.

what badness?
I think tears are a commodity item. They just need to be bottled and sold on shelves right next to quafe.

They're actually boosters, like Drop and Mindflood.

Tear Drop, Tearflood

This booster increases your tank, while occasionally making the user cry copiously.
