250K buy order on PDS?

somebody put a buy order for 2K+ power diagnostic variant modules, with a minimum that matches the buy order. This is 200K more than the next buy order.

Why?

It's likely not a scam.

The default price for a buy order is equal to the lowest sell order.

If you buy more than the number available of that product in that station, you will wind up with a buy order for the difference.

I have a buy order for Thrasher hulls up in Dodixie that was like that - I wanted 25 immediately and 75 more in time and did it the lazy way.

Does it set a minimum when you do it that way? I thought it did not.
