Help me! Cool

I've played EVE since 2006. I have 2000 kills, and fair share of solo kills. I've tried most of it. But still EVERY time i solo, my heart starts pumping like crazy and my hands shake. I mean I've done this so many times, so why can't I just take it cool?!
Do you have some advice for me? Maybe you know of some kind of natural herbs to help me relax more when i PVP.

What do you seasoned PVPers do?

Pretty much this. I'm absolutely ecstatic when I get a rush from a particularly amazing fight. Tends to only happen roughly once a year though. Sad

What do you seasoned PVPers do?

Arrow step 1 : Breathe deeply to calm your pulse....anticipate the worst outcome.....
Arrow step 2 : Get some more kills, after 3-4k you wont feel anything.
Arrow step 3 : As far as herbs...weed makes eve more fun i guess.
Arrow step 4 : Its just a game.

Well this is down to personal opinion, personally I think sitting on station undocks all day trashtalking an aweful way to play, as well as people who join a reputable PvP group, only gank things and then pretend to be knowledgable about a subject

Holey doesnt pretend its anything different than what it is, thats probably why people keep hating on him so much

He plays his way, I play mine, we both have differing opinions but we've never argued (that I remember), in fact we've had some pretty good conversations. In marmite we recognize for the most part the alliances main attraction is the same thing that lets it down at times, we are free to persue our own goals however we see fit and have a lot of folks that just want to run around doing stupid s***, I am no exception to this rule.

I do hope this is a suitable explaination, although I dont expect people to fully comprehend what i'm trying to say.

So, he's wrong?

Most hisec PVP goes like this:

Step 1: Use one of ten multiboxed scouts to camp pipes into trade hub
Step 2: Notice random T1 ship from one of 100 wardec'd indy corps
Step 3: Undock your T3, fly to pipe, meet 7 more corpies in their T3's
Step 4: Dont forget your neutral logistics!!! IMPORTANT!!!
Step 5: Utterly stomp the super noobish guy in his T1, gloating about how he is unable to withstand your onslaught, because thats fun.
Step 6: Repeat.
