CCP: Why dont Faction tower BPC's drop anymore?

Remove meta 1-4 items and replace them with meta modifier items that act as a bpc that needs a T1 items as material to produce the meta item. So you remove minerals from meta loot altogether and add a demand for T1 items. Meta modifiers can act directly as invention material. Reprocessing meta items only yields the modifier.
