Bought a PLEX on EveOnline.com, and can't redeem it...

I'm looking for the button on the character screen, and it isn't there. I tried doing in in-game, while docked in a station, and when I click "Redeem Items", it says I have no items to redeem...It's been 25 minutes since I purchased it...

PLEX Store says at the bottom:
