There are a few small holes in your theories. The most major being that all of the major Null Sec entities have Major High Sec Entities feeding them with isk ore and other things, in some form of Co-Dependent Relationship or other. In fact, the High Sec entities are far more dependent on the Low and Nul Sec for the special types of ore and materials used in TII Production and general ship production.

The game is designed to prevent exactly that. The high sec "Alliance" would run out of ships and TII modules. I imagine you don't want that.

OP is a troll for sure. Most people are barely or only half educated so they quote Machiavelli as if he weren't a satirist. In his time there were strong arguments for changing Italy from 500 odd warring little gangster states into one country. He wrote pretending to be advising an up and coming leader about "how to succeed" when what he was really doing is showing how the peninsula was being kept in a state of wasteful turmoil by the pointless shortsighted egotism of petty leaders.
