WTB Minmatar / Gallente Subcap Specialist ~40b budget

Budget is around the 40b mark. Looking for +100m SP characters with excellent gunnery and support skills. Don't mind if a few missile skills are mixed in there also, especially torps as I enjoy bombers :)

Sec status is irrelevant. Please show me what you have.

I know its under 100 mil but this guy is a gem, maybe you would consider for 30 bil

He also has 3 clones with sets of HG Snakes, HG Crystals, HG Slaves each with 5% implants. (The HG Snake one has 6%'s), so there are over 6 bil isk in implants

lots of good agents available ( check the standings )

also a good NAGLFAR pilot for WH. It can use siege II and the capital projectile turret ( 4 ) and currently training minmatar dread to level 5.

100k SP available to reallocate
