Ok depending on my math a max skilled Rhea can either hold about 365k ish m3 or 375k ish m3 not sure which is right though.

Is the math
294375*1.05*1.05*1.05*1.05*1.05
or
294375*1.25

Next question, are there a "best" set of implants for a JF? Do you just go with Nomad set?

EFT and maths can help you. Look into it.

367,969 m3

Nomad is great for agility, but eats up lots of slots. If you're mainly jumping directly to a station, the only time the Nomads will be of any use is when you're hauling in hisec and you want to speed up your align time. And that's an expensive way to buy yourself ten seconds of travel time savings. If you do lots of jumping to POS or other dangerous situations where you can't dock right away, they are worth it. If you don't do nomads, then it's best to use traditional implants that suit your style. Warp speed implants are great, esp if you warp gate to gate, since the main part of your travel time is warp time. Boosting hull/armor/shields is always a plus as well. And of course there are traditional agility implants. Mix and match to your taste.

All "per level" ship bonuses, from damage to resistances to tracking and others, only add up per level, but never multiply.

So it is 294375*(1+Level*0.05) or 294375*1.25 for level 5 or 367968m3.

Loss is meaningful. Therefore is the loss of meaning likewise meaningful. It is the source of all trolling.

Unless they are separate bonuses on the same hull.

The new Sleipnir, with 25% damage AND another 25% would get:

1 * (1 + Level*0.05) * (1 + Level*0.05)

So to clarify, within the same "per level" bonus, they are added up before being applied.

But if there are multiple bonuses affecting the same stat, the "per level" bonus is added up for each bonus, then multiplicatively applied (so the proteus's 10% per level to hybrid damage ends up being a little bit less than the deimos/astarte's double 5% bonuses).

Which is why I like to work with them all as fractions. 3/2 < 25/16. In fact, 25/16 - 3/2 = 1/16. And now we know exactly how much better.

Well, that and accounting properly for RoF versus damage bonuses, but that's another conversation.
