Is Bombers' Bar still active?

I've been back in my digital spaceship just over a month or so and read / watched a number of articles / videos highlighting what seems to be an incredibly fun time with bombers and/or other cloakies, but the in-game channel 'BOMBERS BAR' has been empty since I found it. One night there was a single other person in chat, but no conversations could be extracted.

Has the Bar been disbanded or otherwise lost?

Bombers Bar is alive and doing fine.

Well that's good news. Is there a better way to get involved other than hoping to catch sight of others in the chat channel? As I said, I've been checking up without success for the better part of a month.

Quick Update:

I realized that I am silly, and had found the "BOMBER'S BAR" channel, not the "Bombers Bar" channel.

All is now good in the world, and to any who happen to read this and have made the same mistake, it's grammatical, because there is more than one Bomber.
