The purpose of this post is to record a in-game transaction between me and Zulrex regarding the purchase of a pos spot + anchoring service in Caldari space for the consideration of 400 Million Isk (200 upfront + 200 upon completion)

Upon agreeing to the following contract Zulrex and Akora Darkblight are binded until contract is fulfilled. Terms and conditions apply.

Akora Darkblight will purchase Ulticorp's Reisen moon and have zulrex anchor his POS for a total cost of 400 million isk.

200 million isk is to be deposited into zulrex's wallet prior to the making of Akora Darkblight's corp, once the corp is created there will be a 7 downtime (7 days) before the standing bump takes effect.

Once the standing bump has taken effect Zulrex will anchor Akora Darkblights control tower where Ulticorps control tower used to be in the Reisen system.

Akota Darkblight will cover all costs that are entailed for POS construction and fuel costs while the POS is up.

Once the POS has been anchored Akora Darkblight will be accepted into his corp, the remaining 200 million isk will be deposited into zulrex's wallet, once the 200 million isk has been deposited into zulrex's wallet Akora Sarkblight will be move to CEO of his Corporation.


Terms and conditions
-Ulticorps POS will not be pulled down until they are free from war declarations. under war declaration the POS will remain until the transaction can proceed safely.

-Aroka Darkblight shall remain docked in a station while Zulrex is anchoring the POS in reisen, Akora Darkblight can verify the POS has been anchored once Zulrex is docked.

-Akora Darkblight will provide the control tower, fuel and starbase charters.

-Exploits or Loopsholes will result in voiding the contract and returning all costs/payments to respective parties
