Every race has it's niche in the game, and the minmatar "best at PVP" i starting to fall out of fashion.

caldari: best at staying in high-sec.

Gallente: best at getting kited.

Amarr: Rainbow lasers that don't consume ammo.

Minmatar: best at PVP.

The Gallente ships have really started to dominate the PVP space and this is violating the core storyline of EVE's game play.

The Amarr ships are still laughable.

The Caldari still don't leave high-sec.

So really this is a Gallente vs Minmatar balancing situation.

I would like to propose that gallente ships with a falloff bonus exchange those bonuses for a capacitor recharge bonus or something, it makes it nearly impossible to kite them with a simple "keep at range"

Thank You Obama!

It says a lot for the tolerance of the mods of this forum that trolls like the OP are allowed to internetwalk around the same e-space as the rest of us, breathing the same byteair.

1) Learn to actually fly.

2) don't go away mad, just go away.
