[ACB] A boost - a call to assistance

It has been some 5 years since the start of the Empyrean wars, a new era in the history of New Eden. In these turbulent times, many lives were lost, many material goods destroyed, many worlds burned. And it's still raging on, not showing any sign of stopping, or slowing down in that regard.

However, the Ammatar Mandate has suffered most grieviously in those events - with practically half of its population defecting to the Republic after the attack of the Elder Fleet, the Mandate has been left with a serious demographic gap, one it probably won't be recovering in this decade, and the next. Soon after, the Mandate came under the control of House Ardishapur; I don't want to delve into Imperial politics of course, but I don't think appointing a House known for its penchant for racial genocide over a predominantly ethnically matari community is a good idea.

As such, the Bloc has decided to act upon this; a couple of forward outposts are being established in the Subi constellation, as we speak. The purpose of these is to act as humanitarian encampments, providing shelter, food and medical care to those who might require it, and to establish a presence. A number of interstellar craft will be provided as well, with the task of bringing the same level of support to the Subi constellation's inhabited planets.

As I mentioned in the title of the topic, the reason to make this public is to call to assistance those interested in such humanitarian ventures - No donations are required, but are welcome; we are already properly stocked. What we ask for is mere assistance, communication and coordination with local and outer entities willing to cooperate in this venture.

So, to summarize. If you'd be willing to join us, you are quite welcome. If not, it's quite simple - stay out of our way.

Does that involve standard Salvation Angels procedure ?

This is from a man with a known, verifiable record of sexual assault, forced prostitution, and forced drugged addiction - and it goes without saying, this is often inflicted on slaves captured under highly illegal circumstances. He has attacked the Amarr Empire and her allies, attacked the innocent for no other reason than because they caught his fancy, and even attacked his nominal allies.

Consider this before you accept his 'tender mercies'.

Anyone concerned with the validity of these accusations is welcome to contact me for a suite of independently verifiable evidence for these claims.

This document will be distributed to the Ammatar Mandate and associated territories.

Not really, no.
I'm pretty sure I've been really clear; one would suppose with all those new implants comprehension wouldn't be an issue.

Pretty much, albeit I believe what you might think of as standard procedure is a bit skewed from the truth.
Since I don't want to turn this into an encyclopedic entry for Salvation Angels modus operandi, you are free to contact me via mail if you'd like to discuss this further.

Ah, the usual broken holoreel. Yes Pitoojee, you have some sort of an irrational grudge against me, we get it.

Yes, I had already deciphered your bracketed acronym. To be more precise, what corporations compose your bloc?

I have many fond memories of operating in Ananah and Anares. It's a good territory to roam in. I think it's wonderful that other organizations are taking advantage of the region. Speaking of which, congratulations on shedding that Imperial skin. I've always thought you made a better villain.

Feel free to contact me privately if you'd like to coordinate anything.

I'm unsure how my feelings towards you are "Irrational"in any way. You have inflicted horrifying acts not just on the Empire and her people - who I am sworn to protect and defend - but other peoples and nations as well. Then you like to hilariously top it off by claiming you're doing something totally different, just acting like nobody will bring up evidence to the contrary.

It is my duty to do what I can to protect the Empire and her people. If that includes setting the record with you straight, how irrational is that?

Oh look, Caine's doing "the Angel Cartel is totes a humanitarian organisation for reals, honest!" thing again.

I'd say it's adorable, but that term and Caine aren't really on speaking terms.

Andreus Ixiris > A Civire without a chin is barely a Civire at all.

Pieter Tuulinen > He'd be Civirely disadvantaged, Andreus.

Andreus Ixiris > This is why we're at war.

Coreli and Stillwater at the moment, alongside our cohorts and outsourced specialists. There was no public mention or announcement, as we felt our lockdown of Skarkon a couple months ago was enough of a mention. A few invites were passed along to smaller Angel aligned corporations, but due to them being inactive, we're still waiting for a response.

Depends on the context really. I tend to believe otherwise, so let's just agree to disagree. For now.

Esna Pitoojee wrote:

You mean, the one we established was completely forged? I'll have the decency of not naming you and a culprit and suppose you just got manipulated by certain Blood Raider cells. Not like you'd know anything about those, of course. You can bark all you want Lord Pitoojee. If that makes you sleep sounder at night regarding your own crimes, after all.

Oh look, Msr. Ixiris is doing his best to be the gallentean equivalent to Diana Kim again.
As in; loud and irrelevant.

Can't we all just be friends? (1)

Here we are looking to help out some hard-hit people, and what do we get? Scoffs and scorn.

After Skarkon, when we viciously dropped humanitarian supplies, you'd have thought we might have earned just a little credit.

(1) Didn't think so.

I am unsurprised by the lack of faith that we are currently seeing, ma'am. I believe that the credit you earned on Skarkon was expended at Bogelek II with the Angels' unprovoked attack on the Republic's efforts to reconstruct their pre-invasion biosphere. Given those events, and the habit of the Angels in extending aid with one hand while wielding a sword in the other, you should be unsurprised by the incredulity.

Best of luck in your humanitarian efforts. It is my hope that you preoccupy your efforts in this direction in the future.

M. Lanche, if I may call you that...

"Cowarding" is not a word. "Coward" is not a verb.

Also, three dots in an ellipsis, please. I don't mind being insulted, but would you mind insulting us grammatically?

Please do look for us in local, it is always nice to make acquaintances and to discuss issues frankly and directly.

Oh, you mean the republic's biological weapon research development facility on Oddelulf?
Pardon, hydroponics.
Totally sorry we blew that one up.

Although support for the Mandate is welcome, I am not sure that House Ardishapur will welcome your actions in the Subi Constellation, Leopold. I would clear any support with the proper authorities first. Bearing in mind your political affiliation, I expect they will say no. I'd respect their ruling.

I have been working to support the Mandate's economy for quite some time and I know there are other long-standing traders and industrialists working to support the Mandate. We welcome trade but we don't need charity.
