A couple of weeks my parents invited me over for dinner and they did some American dish called 'pulled pork'. I'd kill just to eat it once more. Shocked

Yes pork barbecue is very nice! If you ever find yourself in the Mid Atlantic States in the US, Virginia and North Carolina have numerous epic Barbecue restaurants everywhere.

My friend, if you think Pulled Pork is good, wait until you have tried a brisket that has been smoked for 14 hours on super low heat.

If the guys asks you if you want the wet end or the dry end....ALWAYS go for the wet end (the end with the thickest fat cap, because after 14 hours, all that fat has rendered down and basted that bad boy with the tears of a freakin angel)

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

I'm sorry, I couldn't even finish that video. My heart was clogging up with every second that passed.

Welcome to the world of BBQ, but I must warn you, if you delve too deep you may never want to come back to stove top cooking. I usually have dinner with my parents every Sunday and I don't there's been a single day of the summer that didn't involved the grill and smoker. Meats in the smoker, vegies on the grill.

Beef brisket.... Strange but true, it's really hard to find brisket in grocery stores in the Northeast U.S. The only form of brisket you see is packaged corned beef. People here don't know what they're missing.

Bacon sprinkled with brown sugar, wrapped in foil and cooked in an oven is absolutely delicious! The brown sugar caramelizes over the bacon and turns it into something magical!

Ah the egg changes it. So yes you were correct on the tomato sauce.

A pure bacon sandwich must be crispy and contain hp or maybe daddies if youre so inclined.
