Does anyone do loans?

I know I'm going to get trolled/flamed so hard but idc.

I was wondering if there was any corps ingame that act as a bank where I could take out a loan for 400m isk. Yes I know I could easily go earn it or buy a PLEX. BUT, I need it now, I will get the 400m back because it is only to be collateral for my first month in a corp and will be returned in full. I'd be willing to pay interest.

Lol yeah I understand what you are saying. I wish there was some way to for a contract where if a debt wasn't paid they would take a lot of your valuables.

Ill bite. Check out the market discussions section of the forums, but ya don't be surprised if you get less then favorable responses especially given what its for (which seems a bit fishy to me tbh)

This is my main, I'm making a fresh start in EVE. And you see my problem, I'm a day old, and I'm not gonna mine like its a full-time job to get the isk, when I'm offering to pay the person back with interest. I mean I know most of you probably pee 400m.

Wow, one day old character? You can't even use 400 mil isk with a one day old character. You know how long it would take you to pay that back? And if you want to use that 400 mil to join a corp? This has to be a troll, because I have heard of some stupid things that people do in this game, but this is right up there with the worse.

P.S. BTW 400 mil doesn't even get me up to pee.

What you need is to contact one of those "Need cash nao!" places that advertise on TV. Borrow enough for a PLEX, pay for your recruiting scam, and move on.

If you are making a fresh start you should have isk or items from your last attempt. Short of that. Buy a plex or 20. Never pay to join a corp.EVER.....

No one in their right mind is going to lend a day 1 old character 400 million with no guarantees or knowing the person IRL (and hence knowing where they live, with all that implies). It simply isn't going to happen.

You could not offer enough of a return on investment to make the risk seem attractive.

No one is going to loan you ISK without a reasonable chance of getting it back. Given that

-You have no history
-Your request itself is suspicious (why do you need 400m ISK for this corp?)
-You don't seem to understand how to acquire money; there's no plan for how you're going to turn that 400m into 400m + interest so you can give it back
-You don't have any collateral
-You could disappear with the money and there would be very few consequences


Getting a loan in EVE is possible, but very difficult because unlike RL there are no spacecourts that will garnish your spacewages until you pay back your loan.
