You do know WHMCS is a all in one system for the backend of hosting? Like billing etc.

Its not a website template like Wordpress or Joomla

Ignore me, I just read your post a couple more times and realised you want to theme the billing section for front end customers, Correct?

yes i need a client side theme done e.g. like this http://www.demo.whmcsthemes.com/demo.php?systpl=FreeTheme2 but more sci-fi looking xD

Howver i have found a way of integrating with Wordpress so a theme developer for either of these could also work :)

I can likely do this work for you. Not sure, but I think we may have spoken before. Contact me via ingame mail with more details if you're interested and would like to see examples of my work. I have extensive experience working with HTML, PHP, Flash, and CSS. I am familiar with Wordpress and WHMCS.
